Hedgerow Management & Mechanical Hedge Trimming

 

 

Purpose:

Designed for hedge cutting contractors, farmers and contractors cutting timber for the ESB, it addresses the environmental, legal and safety requirements of hedge trimming and management. Participants who reach the required standard on assessment will receive a FETAC award.

Duration:                           2 days

Course fee:                            €200 (with application)

Proficiency Test

 

 

Graduates of the above course can undergo an additional Proficiency Test at a cost of €250 for a FETAC Competence in Mechanical Hedge Cutting award. Contact Alison at Gurteen College for application forms and to arrange a suitable date. Please note that full fees must accompany applications.
