Agri Aware Farm Walk and CAP Talk 2013

 

On Monday 22nd April 2013 Gurteen College hosted the launch of the Agri Aware Farm Walk and CAP Talk series of events taking place at Agricultural and Horticultural colleges throughout the week.

Mr Bernard Donahue, Chairman Agri Aware, emphasized to students present the increasing awareness of the importance of the Agricultural Industry to Ireland and acknowledged the value of educational establishments to provide the necessary training for the next generation of farmers and business people so that the industry continues to flourish, noting Gurteen College as an innovative leader in educational facilities regarding the emerging biomass industry.
