Progression and career opportunities:
From 2010, students who achieve Merit or Distinction in this course are eligible to apply to Waterford Institute of Technology for direct entry to year 2 of the Higher Certificate in Agriculture.
Travel and farm in countries such as Australia, New Zealand or America (students are encouraged to gain experience abroad)
